I am willing to apply for a master's in computer engineering for the fall intake of 2023. I have gone through the admission guidelines, and I have seen there is a Form 2 as a Letter of Recommendation for International Students. For this, do we need to contact an academic advisor before applying for the program? How can we send this form with our application forms?

For a letter of recommendation, An applicant should contact the potential academic advisor who must be the professor in the department an applicant applies.
If you don't have an academic advisor, you should consult with the department assistant you want to apply for. The office number of computer engineering department is 061-450-2440.
